Nutritional Testing Guidelines

Hi Guys
when you do a nutrition analysis on products is there a guide line on it like
we have about four flavours and all of them are similar with other ingredients and only differ with the flavours
can we do a composite sample on them or must we test separately .
help please

I would test separately, as they are separate products, and if the information was to be used for packaging purposes, I would test each sample at least 3 times.
if its annual verification, I would test each flavour once.
