This HACCP Plan was part of a New Zealand Project to develop “Generic HACCP Models for Food Assurance Programmes”. The scope of this project covers: the production, packing, storage and distribution of fresh produce (i.e. fruit and vegetables) for export, with tomatoes being used here as a representative example.
