Security and Emergency Do's & Don’ts Briefing for Operators

I’m looking for inspiration on what to include in a short (one sheet) briefing for operators on the do’s and don’ts / their responsibilities relating to site security and emergency response.

 

Has anyone developed a list you can share or can get me moving with a few ideas on what to include?

Site Security:

1. Challenge unknown individuals or those lacking credentials/identification

2. Piggybacking – Don’t let other enter the facility on your security swipe.

3. Don’t prop open doors.

 

Emergency respond

1. In case of fire, pull fire alarm first before extinguishing or evacuating fire.

2. Have a single meeting location for evaluation with required head count.

3. Shut down of critical system (gas/power/ventilation) before evacuating.

4. Evacuate facility do not attempt to gather personal belongings.
