Soy Lecithin (liquid) IP, Non-GMO, HLB min. 8 - HELP!

Greetings:

In desperate need of a supplier/manufactuer suggestion for - Soy Lecithin (liquid) IP, Non-GMO with a HLB min. 8.

This has become my holy grail. I have sourced a US supplier who is able to offer an IP, NON-GMO material, but HLB is nowhere near an 8. Their specific comments were:

You would need a modified lecithin for that high of an HLB very specialized.  Most standardized liquid lecithins have an HLB of 4 – 6 although very rarely does anyone use this scale anymore. No we don’t do modifications and if you want Non GMO that will be very hard to find since no North American companies produce Non GMO anymore.

I’ll be researching this further this weekend, but its looking like we may have to bring in from overseas, if I can find IP material that meets the HLB criteria.

If anyone has ANY suggestions / ideas, please let me know?

Happy Friday!
