Hi All,

 

I stumbled upon this wonderful site by accident. I am the QA person for a Juice Factory in Australia and am trying to rework and update our HACCP Plan and Quality Manual. I am sure that when I spend some more time looking through this group, that I will find a lot of the answers to my questions.
