The usual way is to "generate" a crisis and show response compliance to yr documented procedure. May also relate to the YUM standard's requirements of course (if any). Which are ??

Dear mile,

I’m not exactly sure what you are seeking, eg  sample crisis management procedure (CMP)?,  sample CMP training program?, sample records of CMP training program?) but there are many pointers as to the implementation of CMP below. No.3 looked the nearest to a “training” thread and similarly to my previous post would generate some obvious record data, eg satisfactory results related to personnel availability, actions etc).

If you already have a CMP training program and are seeking ideas how to implement a training schedule, you could maybe post the program here for suggestions ?
