Food Safety Training Programs

Hello fellow food professionals!
I'm looking for a canned food safety/sanitation/haccp training program. I am willing to purchase it if necessary. I'm trying to write one myself (I've done it before, and it's very time consuming). I work in a production bakery, but generic is totally appropriate. Any help or advice is greatly appreciated!!!
