HARPC - any thoughts on this?

I need to know if anybody implemented at their plant HARPC ( Hazard Analysis Risk Based preventive Control). If yes, can you please share how did you start with the procedures. Thank you.

Sorry for being brief... but I'm advising my customers that to get to HARPC they should dive into ISO 9001:2015 first, thus we are getting organized in the face of risk measurement and prevention planning under a structured standard...
