Vulnerability Assessment for Table Grapes Packing

Hi!

We are packing fresh Table Grapes and export to EU, UK.  We procure these table grapes from GlobalG.A.P. certified farmers.  So how can we do vulnerability assessment? Either for pesticide residue basis? Can any one guide me?
