Contract between manufacturer (me) and customer

Hello,

A customer has asked for a sample contract before they start business with us. I have not had a contract in place before with customers. I supply wholesale fresh produce. 

Where do people go to get these contracts please?

you don't need go anywhere for the contract....all you're needed to do is get a sample of your product to the customer (that is what he meant by sample contract), negotiate with him/her on the level of the business like how does he wants the supply chain, after having a proper dialog with your customer, he will offer you LPO (i.e purchase order or sales order) which automatically allows you to engage on proper supply with your customer.

your customer wants to reach an agreement for a contract/business with you...just give him your product for consideration. thats all...but always write us from here for further directives....best of luck in all your endeavors
