Terms and Conditions for outworkers in terms of confidentiality

Hi,

 

Now at the panicking stage!!!

 

the auditor has asked for terms and conditions document for outworkers in terms of confidentiality and brand security. Where would I start with this

 

Also if you haven't closed out the CAR in the 28 days is there a penalty

What standard you were audited against with?

 

If you can't close the CAR in 28 days, you will not be given the certificate.
