Good day,

We currently in renovation progress for FSSC 22000 certification. We planned to fix LED high bay light which is very cost effective but difficult to clean its surface (SEE ATTACHED IMAGE) due to irregular shape of surface. Please advice, if we fix the light with regular cleaning schedule is okay?

Hi,

If you are fixing the above shared image light. Better option to clean the light is, suction cleaner (shall suck the dust, shall not blow the air and contaminate the process)

2 Thanks

are you in a dusty environment? we have similar lights and first time we installed we put them on a monthly inspection schedule. that way we knew what frequencies we had to follow to clean

......................if its dirty on inspection month 6.. then you clean every 5 months.....

This type of lights should be avoided. Better you use LED tubelights as it has better intensity, energy efficient, easy to clean & unbreakable.
