Hello everyone i need you help with couple questions in regards food safety unswer should be related with milk production :)

  1. Describe when it may be necessary to review the food safety management system in your chosen workplace.

 

  1. Identify how you would ensure that any changes arising from the review are implemented.

Hi ritulyte16,

 

You would normally review your whole system annually but also more regularly via internal audits or if there are changes that may affect product quality, safety or legality.

 

You would normally follow up any changes with a specific checklist to ensure that they have been implemented correctly or internal audit.

 

I have quite a bit of experience in the dairy industry so if you have any specific questions please ask.
