Waste management system in a pickle plant

Our plant is of pickles and chutneys so i wantedto know the waste management systems that can be implemented in our plant. For things such as

Dried pickles in the plastic drums, can they be used as compost ,or can they derived to get any other profits..... plzzzzzz replyyyy
