Database Software for Raw Material Specifications
We currently use a paper system of word documents and physical folders for our raw material specifications. Our plant QA group utilizes the folder and documents when materials are received at the plant.
Does anyone know of any good databases or a non-paper system used for raw material specifications that works well?

We have been using Google Forms, Sheets & Drive for our receiving process. Our receiving log is a Google Form that is linked to a Google Spreadsheet. Our receiving personnel choose which item they are receiving from a drop down list on the form and then they are presented a link to the raw material specification. All of our raw material specs are stored on Google Drive so that they can be accessed by our personnel at the receiving dock on an ipad.
I just found cloud based software for the entire program that, so far, looks good.....there is an area for raw materials
