How to document the removal of a CCP?

Below highlighted is finding form my company recent audit. Would anyone please advice on how do i need to documented the CCP removal? 

'CCP4 – chilled storage of non-RTC finished product has been removed.  The justification was stated as the orders, production and delivery would be carried out on the same day.  However this removal is not properly documented'

Hi Siva,

We have an annual HACCP meeting where we decide on CCP's each year. In case we remove a CCP , we add that in the MOM of the meeting , with everyone's signature as agreement.

This also is part of our management review meeting , where we educate Sr . management on why we removed a particular CCP.

We have changed our CCP's in past two years, and this has been accepted for BRC certification.

I think a document with proper justification from QC & production team, which is approved by your Sr management should be enough from documentation perspective.

Remember to modify your HACCP accordingly , & document this change in it's version control page.

Yes, I agree, this information will have to be part of the management review

Perhaps as risk asessmemt based on the cost involved over a 3 month period might be helpful.

This data will show that it is not longer feasible to keep CCP 4 in operation.
