Is there a particular scheme you are working on?   

 

Are you looking for equipment standards?  you could use something like this:

if you are looking for the actual "commisioning"  process that covers installation, hygienic clearance/ cleaning, inspection, procedure review, etc, Ill have something later today and share.  (brc4.6.3)
