What to expect on an SGS HACCP certification audit?

Hi folks, my company is about to be audited by sgs on implementation of Haccp. Can anyone here tell me what to expect? Thanks

I haven't had a HACCP audit, but I can expect it is a review of your HACCP Plan and your pre-requisites that you have implemented. 

 

Make sure your 7 principles of HACCP have been addressed for your process. 

Although the first stage of the audit was done yesterday, we seem not to have issues on our PRPs. Our HACCP documentations were pretty awful especially validation and documentation records. How can someone create such records? Can you help me with a template or format. Thanks

Some of them are irrational and closed minded. they will test your patience. be prepared!!
