HACCP manual for bakery which contains 7 step detail

Hi, All,

 

 I am looking for HACCP manual for bakery which contains 7 step detail. i have already basic but it is not enough.

 

any one can help.

The main part of any HACCP manual is consists of Hazard analysis tables and Hazard Audit tables. both of these sections based on  your process diagrams in which each of your processing step is correctly recorded. There fore it is not possible to provide you a manual which will reflect your operations
