Hi,

Could anyone point me in the direction of where I can get a 'on hold' form booklet.

One where you can write the detail of the issue etc and then there is a pink copy created to go on the pallet. Each form is sequentially numbered .

I am based in the UK

Thanks

M

most printing companies for B2B can make this for you.

That would need to go through a local print shop.  In the US we call it carbonless forms.

I'm curious, because I've never heard of anyone having a paper-based HOLD system...what is the advantage of that?  The ease of use of a computer-based HOLD system seems to have so many more advantages to my mind, such as avoiding duplication of information, loss of HOLD documentation, avoiding having more paper to track down and file...?
