Contract Service Provider Agreement
Has anyone used a generic agreement for their contract service providers? I'm thinking something like "we will follow the GMP's and clean up after ourselves while completing our work on site". I'm just a bit unsure of how to word it properly. If anyone has something they wouldnt mind me using as a template that would be great!
Thanks!
I treat contract service providers as "visitors", and make them sign the log. But to cover the GMP requirement, I borrowed a trick from Red cross and next to the log is a binder with my visitor GMP's listed. Their signature on the log explicitly states that they have reviewed the visitor GMP's and agree to abide by them.
No additional forms, the information is available and they have agreed to comply. If an auditor doesn't think it's good enough, you can point out that it's good enough to protect red cross from getting blood borne pathogens in their supply and from causing allergic reactions or other medical problems when collecting blood from volunteers.
I suppose i was thinking more along the lines of a substitution for the specification one is required to have for each supplier.
Hi Alex - can you clarify what you're looking for? Contracts for services provided and specifications from suppliers are two different areas. thanks!
