Food Safety policy (Need Help)

Hi..
I am working as Dy. Manager Systems & audits. I got one problem today that is, we are having food safety policy over here in which wording are as:-
"Company is committed to manufacture and supply nutritional & safe product products to customers at the competitive prices meeting the national statuary and food safety regulations"
Rest of the policy is ok only i have issue with requirement of clause 5.2 (b).
Is it correct as per the requirement of ISO22k.
If it is correct what is the meaning of Clause 5.2 (b).
Please do reply on immediate basis....
