I am from india so not well aware about the regulation in israel but regarding the certificates and Hygiene Certificate -
BRC IOP and ISO 22000:2013 & ISO TS 22002-4 is the world best standard for the tableware or packing material.
GMP certificate is also applicable in your industry.
