Full time student part time technical manager stress head!

Hi I'm from Northern Ireland final year student of food business management whilst working part time at a popcorn factory as the main technical contact, struggling my way through trying to improve our BRC grade of B to an A so all help would be welcomed!!

Assuming you hv the time, I suggest you post a few of the items which are causing yr "struggles" and hopefully someone may have some suggestions.

As you mentioned you wana move from B to A, i could advise you better knowing your NCs in last audit (when you secure B).
