Prerequisite Programs for Juice and Beverage manufacture

Does anyone have any Prerequisite Programs of GMP manuals that I could download and use as a reference to create our own.  We are getting ready for the GMP audit and I am trying to get all the paperwork done.

Hi Dave,

You have posted in AIB sub-forum. Their standards's specific requirements are, afaik, freely downloadable from their website.

Generically, individual sets tend to vary somewhat with the Product / Location / Regulatory aspects.
