Hi!! I'm struggling with this, can anyone help me how to make a mock recall report? what things need to be investigated ?

or any format of it. can u lend me a sample of it for my basis? thanks

This is how ours typically goes:

We randomly pick a failure mode. Typically, due to the nature of our processes, this will be a faulty or contaminated batch of raw material, however we have done them for contamination resulting from internal process failures.

It is then a case of starting the clock (you need to record timings as you go), and tracing all the affected product through the from the point of incidence (recording results at each stage) to delivery to the end customers, then simulating the actual withdrawal from the customer and how you will field communicating with the customer, press and general public. In our case I have a couple of tame customers who are happy to sync their recall tests with ours, so having pre-warned them of the test, we go through the notification process, fielding issues and arrange for mock collections etc.

This whole process is documented with timings and any points of failure. Any failures then need to be analysed and corrective actions put in place.
