SPC requirements under SQF 2.5.4.3 and 2.9.2.2 for Co-Packer

Quick question when it comes to SPC requirements on the SQF Quality Code. If our facility has testing parameters that are determined by our customers, how are we supposed to address SPC requirements when it comes to the SQF Quality Code (2.5.4.3 and 2.9.2.2)? We have processes in place to adjust our process when we drift outside the parameters set by our customers, but what do we need to be in compliant with the SQF Quality code so we do not get dinged during the audit?

In my experience, we showed the SQF auditor a powerpoint summarizing the testing. Tables that showed target and the range. This would also include like you said corrective action of adjusting the process. We included graphs to depict the spread of the curve. This was acceptable for our audits.

Thanks. I looked more into it and this seems to be the appropriate approach. We already have these items in place, so we should be compliant.
