I'm a little confused by yr query.
IIRC, a database is only specifically required for VA (ie No.2)..
Can you clarify type of database/purpose for (1,3) ?
(2) database which has information on food Fraud issues, authencity tests
(3) database which has information on food defense issues
Clarification: database which has the (1) information regarding global regulatory standards, food safety issues which has happened in other food businesses, acceptable limits of food safety hazards
