Microbiological Testing in Restaurants for ISO22000

Good morning,

 

In our food safety team we are discussing the need for microbiological testing. We are operating a large-scale restaurant facility, we do not ship to third parties, only the end consumer.

 

Do we need to introduce microbiological testing in that setting?
