Crisis Management Planning

Hello.

 

With our last audit, I was advised not to use natural disaster as part of our crisis management planning. 

 

In view of this, any suggestions except for internal flooding, that's what we used last year.

I'm curious to know why you were not advised to use natural disaster? 

 

You can use intentional harm, terrorism, threats as an example. 

 

A fire? Maybe something caught on fire in your facility which caused major harm?

 

Also data breach, someone hacked into your systems? 

Sewer backup 

power outage 

Also curious why not a natural disaster :huh:
