Is it harmful to add TBHQ Antioxidant to popcorn?

dear all 

 

please we planing to use TBHQ Antioxidant   for popcorn . if that material harmful to add or not      we actually add liquid but now we plan to TBHQ Antioxidant  TBHQ Antioxidant

TBHQ can’t account for more than 0.02 percent of the oils in a food, this is an upper limit of the oil or fat content in foods . The highest limit (1 gram/kg) is permitted for frozen fish and fish products. A number of studies have shown that prolonged exposure to very high doses of TBHQ may be carcinogenic, especially for stomach tumors
