OSHAS 18001

HACCP is the bare minimum for a food factory and required regardless of what certifications you obtain. It is not a certification of the company. A person(s) needs a HACCP and PCQI certification to write a HACCP Plan under USA FSMA.

FSSC 22000 and ISO 22000 are interrelated, but ISO 22000 is not recognized by GFSI.

It is beneficial to have a certification under GFSI; FSSC 22000, SQF or BRC.

ISO 14001 is related to environmental. I don't much about the benefit/necessity of a food factory having this certification.

ISO 45001, OSHAS 18001 are for human safety. Senior management discussion if this is needed. Having a safety manager on board who knows OSHA laws is more valuable.

ISO 9001 is a general quality system certification and IMO pairs well with a GFSI cert, especially for large companies as there is more of a focus on business performance than a GFSI certification.
