Hello everyone, My name is Ben. I have been involved in the food processing world since 2004. I started in sanitation (7 years), moved to the production of poultry as a lead and supervisor (4 years), and have been in QA as a supervisor, manager, and now internal food safety and quality auditor(5 years). I have a passion for quality and food safety, problem solving, and sharing what I have learned. I am excited to be apart of this community and learning from the experiences of you all.
