Need help writing the process for the scope our QSFM

I need help in writing the process involved for the scope of our qsfm. 

Can someone give an example please?

Scope would be a description / statement that your system covers raw material intake, packaging, work-in-progress, final product and shipments to customers, the manufacturing location(s), services, statutory and / or regulatory compliance for all regions / countries involved and customer specifications. Basically you state that your FSQMS addresses and complies with all of those requirements for all aspects of manufacturing. If you have specific codes, standards organizations, alliances or memberships that also impose requirements you should include those too.
