How can I cover food safety aspects in internal and external issues?

I am working on closing of NCRs of ISO 22000:2018 .The auditor give the NCR that Food safety aspects are not covered in internal and external issues.Please guide me that how i cover food safety aspects in internal and external issues as well as i also need example of food safety aspects.
