You are aiming for what certification? SQF/FSSC?
You can refer to OHSAS website for general training material.
Slide share also has some great ppts.

OHSAS appears to be a Standard ????
By "website" do you mean -
https://www.bsigroup...lth-and-safety/
@nmahian - maybe try the SQF Guidance.
or maybe -
I follow SQF and our power point is very simple. 4 slides of information; what crisis management is, overview of our plan, every ones responsibilities, steps taken during a crisis. Then we perform our mock crisis management. Don't overthink it, keep it simple and short so everyone understands.
Hope this helps.
Hi AC2018,
I never made any crisis management powerpoint, but lots of exercises. it often starts without warning, with some "false" point found during an audit. In any crisis, you won't have the time to start with a powerpoint. So why use one to start exercises ?
Such a power point can be useful to determine the crisis management procedure, but not after, in my opinion.
Apart from the usual Trace & recall management, I now make some "broken machine" or "wrong calibration result" exercises, which will involve more than just 1 batch and create more complex situations. It also raise the need to get all and correct results on the records, and sometimes identify some record we should add to accelerate the crisis management.
I never made, however, exercises on topic like raw material or workforce shortage, as such incidents are not "rapid" ones but can take a few days to manage. Actions are identified with a pool of quality managers froms small and bigger companies, and from all food sectors, then dispatched to all of our clients.
