Curious if everyone is making their staff wear beardnets over facemasks?  Also risk assessments for facemasks in areas where social distancing just can not be done.  Wanting to know how everyone is dealing with this?  Any insight would be appreciated.

Beard nets and masks are unrelated, meaning if a beard net is required you wear a beard net whether or not you wear a mask. The beard net goes over the mask. Right now at our plant masks are mandatory to enter as well as temperature screening and hand sanitizing at all entrances.
