Integration of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018

Hi, I need some assistance on some standards integrated into our food safety systems -ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 implementation is it doable  (run awareness and start creating records) in parts or should implementation start at the end of document completion? There is a couple of different views within the organization I work with so I would appreciate the help.
