HACCP Risk Assessment using the ISO 22000:2018 Standard
Good Day Food Safety Team. Trust you are all well and keeping safe - masking, washing and sanitising hands, social distance. I have just been through a customer audit by an (AIB auditor). As advised by the auditor re HACCP Risk Assessment - I am currently using the CODEX decision tree however there are some changes to the ISO 22000:2018 standard decision tree. He recommended that we follow the ISO 22000 decision tree. If any of you have already change to ISO 2018 standard please share with me your template. Kind Regards, K

Hi Kelpack,
Not sure I understand yr query.
afaik, the Codex decision tree has never been suitable for fssc22000/iso22000.
Many decision trees have been published for iso22000:2005. Which one are you using ?

Hi Kelpack,
We had our stage 1 audit last October, as advised by the auditor, we have to use the below decision tree.

Hi po6,
Thks yr input.
My criticisms of this tree are previously detailed.
Note that, contrary to yr auditor's advice, the document clearly states that use of this tree is not obligatory.
However fssc22000 users are welcome to use it of course.
