Powder Mixer Cleaning Utensils

Hi all,

I am looking for suggestions on utensils for staff to use when brushing down powder from inside the blenders when the blades themselves can`t keep pushing the powder down.

We have tried using brooms but started having issues with loose bristles.
We started using squeegees but they are flaking.

Wood is obviously excluded and I am having a hard time picturing anything that could be flexible and durable enough for the task, but I imagine there must be somewhere out there in the industry with the same challenge.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Humbly,
T. Garcia

You can use a powder to pushing down any residue of the last product. (That powder must be common to the next product)

To avoid the bristles on the finished good you can use vibrating sieve.
