Hello,

after 6 years of experience in the fruit and vegetable processing industry in Macedonia and completing a master's degree in Food Safety, I ended up in the meat industry in Germany.

I am interested in food processing and food safety standards and I hope I can help with my experience too.

Your opininons here have helped me a lot over the years and now I have the opportunity to say thank you. The biggest 'Thank you' to the admins and moderators of the Fridays webinars. It's pleasure to end the working week with a new topic.
