Sea cucumber HACCP plan

Good day all.
My facility wants to manufacture Sea Cucumber so I’ve been searching the net but cannot find any information on Sea cucumber HACCP Plan. Can someone assist in providing one or a detail processing step. Help truly needed

If you can't find an existing HACCP plan for the product, you will have to do the hard work yourself to set one up.  So you will need to detail each process step, identify the hazards associated with each step etc as you would when conducting a hazard analysis.  If you haven't read the Codex, you can get it free online and that details how to conduct a hazard analysis.

Thanks for responding. Yes, might have no choice but to do that, which was why I had asked for a detail processing information. I’m seeking any possible information
