Hi Suhaib,

As per FSSAI, Maida (refined wheat flour) should pass through 212 micron IS sieve (70 mesh)

Reference: Food Safety and Standards (Food Products Standards and Food Additives) Regulations, 2011 2.4.2

Hi ,pls clarify again it not sieve size ,it is a requirement of granular size of maida
