Dear, can someone help me know the size of the holes in the sieve used for flour, Starch and semolina in foods.... A global reference

Hi Suhaib,
As per FSSAI, Maida (refined wheat flour) should pass through 212 micron IS sieve (70 mesh)
Reference: Food Safety and Standards (Food Products Standards and Food Additives) Regulations, 2011 2.4.2
