Hi everyone.
I'm specialised in FS in retail and i works as a QC in a kind of supermarket which has over 30 branches.
So,we're as a quality team facing a challenge in tracing a packaged products in the whole 31 branch when we findout an issue in a batch.
And i'm thinking about establishing a traceability documention matched with ISO 22002 requires and i already made a record for some required data to apply on every product with an issue.
All i ask for a related tracking record or you opinion for what data should we insert in the checklist!
Thanks for your time.

welcome

So we're clear on what you are saying

1) assuming you make items onsite that go out to all locations?  You want to know how to better trace all of that
