Next up is section 3. Hazard and Risk Management System.

This sections statement of intent:

'A formal Hazard and Risk Management system shall be in place to ensure that all hazards to consumer safety and product integrity are identified and appropriate controls establishes'

Lot's of requirements here that sound a lot like HACCP but its not mentioned, although it does say:

'The generally recognised principles for analysis and control of hazards shall apply'

Hmm.…maybe it's a clue.

Yup! It sounds pretty much HACCP all right but then again why not when we know very well that HACCP Principles are indeed one of the major sources of reference anyway.

Being unclear allows room for self critics and does avoid the major negative impact.
