Assessing Air Conditioner, Ventilation, and Compressed Air Risks

I'm doing a risk assessment and i'm blocked for some equipment and i don't know which kind of risk we can have for such situations:

• Air conditioner in the production area
• Ventilation system 
• Compressed air
