pH Meter Recommendation for Yogurt

I'm considering an upgrade to my current pH meter and am looking for recommendations from the industry on what you use. We manufacture yogurt products (drinkable, cups, kefir).

I'm currently using the Star A121 Orion Portable meter with a Mettler Toledo spear tip puncture electrode and a separate ATC probe. I'm considering switching to the Orion ROSS Sure-Flow Glass Bodied Combination pH Electrode. Are there other electrodes to consider that would have a built-in thermometer?

Appreciate the help!

Wow, hello Pennsylvanian! Sorry I am of no help here.

Where's Olenzah?   Isn't she in the yogurt biz, if I remember correctly?
