Hand hygiene - System to assess before entering production

Hallo, are there some one how can help with informations about a "scanning" system that approve that the hands are clear, before entering the production ?

We have in the company Discussions about how to ensure that staff have washed hands before they go into production...
I have heard that it is possible to get a system where you must scan your hands before moving on to production, and that the doors opens only if your hands are clean.

Are there some who know some something about such a system ?

- where to buy such a system, and if they work?
