Dear All,

In my current work scenario, there are proneness to many emergencies that interfere with the production process and can be a major risk to the safety of the food products we deal with.

I have come across the term Emergency Response Procedure or Protocol: What scope of an emergency does it cover and do I go about drafting one?

2ndly, What is the difference between an Emergency Response System and Crisis Management?

Regards,

Agwanda
